Job summary

Lancer Hospitality, a Zoo Knoxville partner, is seeking an experienced Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team.

You will prepare meals, maintain quality, and present dishes, with a background in high-volume scratch cooking. Weekly pay, flexible schedules, free Zoo Knoxville tickets, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
