Job summary

Prime Healthcare in Joliet, IL is seeking a dedicated food service professional to prepare quality meals following established food safety policies in a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.

Candidates should have two years of commercial/institutional cooking experience; knowledge of therapeutic diets is a plus. A County-Specific Food Handler certification is required on hire and must be kept current. This is a full-time, on-site position with a flexible shift.
