Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North is seeking a dependable Cook to join our culinary team. Whether you're a line cook, prep cook, breakfast cook, or restaurant professional, you’ll prepare and cook menu items to brand standards.

As part of a high-volume hotel kitchen, you will set up stations, maintain quality and sanitation, follow HACCP guidelines, and work closely with the restaurant team across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Flexible availability is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cook or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, food storage, and kitchen organization.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and restaurant team members.
• Support breakfast, lunch, banquet, and dinner operations as needed.
