Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes, ensuring portion, quality, and presentation standards are met
• Label and date all food containers, use FIFO method, store perishables properly, and note shortages
• Check pars for shift use and prepare line setup accordingly
• Maintain sanitation standards to prevent cross-contamination, and keep work station and equipment clean

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of hotel culinary or restaurant line cook experience
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours
• Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Current Food Handler Certification required
