First Watch in Massachusetts is hiring cooks for our Back-of-the-House team. We pride ourselves on an YOU FIRST culture, no night shifts, and empowerment to make decisions that ensure breakfast, brunch, or lunch is prepared to perfection.

New hires train in a station based on comfort and skill, and you will follow our chef's recipes using fresh ingredients while keeping a clean, organized station. FT employees get benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on comfort level and innate skill.
• You don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch.
