Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for residents in a welcoming kitchen environment. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain safety standards, and support special diets while collaborating with dining services for timely service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior healthcare or high-volume food service experience. Weekend/holiday flexibility and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected benefits

• Previous cooking experience in healthcare, senior living, or high-volume food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and instructions consistently.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
