PeopleReady of Reading, PA is hiring Cooks in Hamburg, PA. You will join a busy kitchen and help prepare meals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cooking across stations, following safety guidelines, and supporting catering orders and meal service. Flexible shifts available, with day and evening options and weekends, at a branch in Reading, PA.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Experience in a high-volume institutional environment
• Good knife skills and knowledge of food preparation
• Able to work all areas of the kitchen
• Stand in kitchen environment for long periods of time
• Background check and drug test required

• Chop, slice, and wash fruits and vegetables

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Cook:

• Prepare meals in a large volume establishment
• Saute, grill, fry, and cook ingredients according to food safety guidelines
