Job Description

Graettinger‑Terril Community School District is seeking a dependable, team‑oriented individual to assist in the preparation and service of nutritious meals for students and staff. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting the district's food service program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch meals according to district and USDA guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, portioning, and serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, store, and rotate food and supplies.
• Assist with inventory and record‑keeping as assigned.
• Work cooperatively with food service staff, students, and district personnel.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or administration.
