Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items per recipes and instructions.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
4. Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen and stores excess food safely.
5. Keeps refrigerators and storerooms organized and clean.
6. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
7. Assists in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
8. Reports maintenance issues immediately.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Fosters good relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Follows safety standards, including HACCP compliance.
12. Adheres to all company policies, including safety protocols when handling equipment.
