Job summary

The Sagora Senior Living team at The Westmore in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will monitor stock, maintain sanitation, and support culinary staff training while serving meals promptly with warmth and care.

Requirements include 1+ year in a commercial kitchen, ServSafe Certification and Food Handler's permit; strong communication with residents and teammates; and a commitment

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler's permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Must have skills in preparing specialized dishes for specific diets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
