Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare scratch-made meals for residents, following menus and dietary guidelines.

You will work with the Food Service Manager on inventory, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist dietary staff when needed. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred

• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.

Position Overview

As a Cook you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals that support the health and well-being of residents. You will ensure all food is prepared according to established safety and sanitation standards while creating a positive dining experience.
