Job Opening: Cook at Morrison Healthcare

• We have several openings for full/part-time COOK positions.
• Location: Cleveland Clinic - Euclid - 18901 Lakeshore Blvd, Euclid, OH 44119 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full/Part-time; some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts: 5-1pm, 6-2pm, and 12/12:30-8/8:30pm
• Requirement: Prior professional cooking experience required.
• Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food following recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals with correct portioning and temperature, ensuring attractiveness and taste. Taste all foods prepared.
3. Use ticket procedures during service; maintain records for your area.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist with production planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
7. Report maintenance issues immediately.
8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
9. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
10. Follow safety protocols, including use of protective gloves and proper lifting techniques.
