What we need from you :

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screenings such as Physical, TB test, and Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid certification or obtain it within the first 30 days of hire
• Attractively prepare meals that are appealing and tasty
• Prepare special limited diets as per policy
• Prepare meals in a timely manner to ensure they are served on time
• Identify menu errors and make appropriate corrections, bringing necessary changes to the Culinary Director’s or Culinary Coordinator’s attention
• Ensure all menu changes are reviewed with the Culinary Director or Culinary Coordinator before implementation; post menu change notices as required by regulations and policies
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness following cleaning schedules, including shelves and cooking surfaces
