What we need from you:
Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
Attractively prepare meals that are appealing and tasty
Prepare special limited diets per policy
Prepare meals in a timely manner to ensure they are served on time
Identify menu errors and makes appropriate corrections as needed, bring the necessary changes to the Culinary Director’s/Culinary Coordinator’s attention
Ensure all menu changes are reviewed with the Culinary Director/Culinary Coordinator before changes are made; post menu change notice as required by regulations and policies and procedures
Keep kitchen clean, sanitary and orderly following cleaning schedule, including shelves and cooking surfaces
