dnata Catering is hiring a Cook to prepare and cook high-quality meals for airline passengers in a high-volume production setting. You will follow standardized recipes, uphold food safety, and HACCP procedures, collaborating with the kitchen team to meet production timelines and airline specifications.

The role requires 2+ years in high-volume food service, familiarity with HACCP, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-volume food service.
• At least 1 year of experience or exposure to menu research and development.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a heavy workload.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi‑task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time.
