ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Communicate effectively with team members to assemble food orders efficiently
• Follow recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment safely and according to instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of kitchen spaces and equipment
• Support food safety procedures and compliance
• Work collaboratively with others and demonstrate teamwork
• Work quickly to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Adhere to AMC's Business Practice Standards and policies
• Maintain regular attendance for scheduled shifts
