Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Production of food and ensuring food quality to patients and café customers using JCAHO, HACCP and Trinity company guidelines, policies and recipes.
Work with management to ensure smooth operation and quality control.
Responsible for kitchen, work area and storage area sanitation and cleanliness.
