Job summary

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a full-time Cook to join our food and nutrition team. You will prepare meals for patients and café customers in a hospital setting, following JCAHO, HACCP, and Trinity guidelines to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include production, quality control, sanitation, working with management to maintain smooth operation, and following approved recipes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 3-5 years cooking experience (healthcare preferred).
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Customer service oriented.
• Effective communication with customers, staff and management.
• Able to read, breakdown and expand recipes.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and alone.
