First Watch is hiring cooks for our back-of-the-house team in Georgia. We pride ourselves on a YOU FIRST culture, no night shifts, and an environment where independence to decide helps deliver great meals for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

Our cooks communicate well, deliver safe, high-quality food, and follow our chef-curated recipes while keeping stations clean and organized for a smooth service flow.

Responsibilities

• Cook in a fast-paced kitchen at First Watch
• Follow established recipes and portioning
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation
• Assist teammates to deliver exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experiences

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
