People Incorporated of Virginia is now accepting applications for the position of Cook at the Dickenson County Day Care Center. This is a full-time position responsible for preparing nutritious daily meals for children and staff in accordance with USDA, state, and Head Start regulations. The role includes ordering food from approved vendors, managing inventory, ensuring food safety and kitchen sanitation, conducting data entry, and completing required documentation. ServSafe certification is required within three months of hire. One year of experience in food handling and kitchen sanitation is preferred.

Pay Range

The pay range is $12.72/hr - $13.72/hr, based on skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Work Schedule
