Pacific Coast Manor in Capitola, CA is seeking a Line Cook for the AM shift to prepare meals in accordance with patient needs and regulations, under the Head Cook and Director of Food Services.

The role requires 1 year of cooking experience, preferably in a hospital or medical setting, and the ability to pass health and background checks. We offer full-time employment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Reviews menus to ensure ingredients are available/ready

• Listens to and serves patients/residents as needed to ensure a positive meal experience
• Participates in setting up and adjusting food service production line to assure that meals are complete, accurate and served on time
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment in accordance with established standards and regulations
