Zankou Chicken is an award-winning, family-owned, fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain with 12 locations (and growing) across Southern California. We serve quality, natural, and uniquely delicious Mediterranean meals at an affordable price, providing a “WOW” level guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a “WOW” experience to guests by preparing our menu items with care and enthusiasm.
  • Prepare fresh, delicious, and healthful meals according to standard recipes and procedures.
  • Operate cooking stations: falafel, kabob, rotisserie, and wrap/plate areas.
  • Stock and restock items; rinse and cut raw food products.
  • Receive and store food supplies and equipment properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the cook line and prep areas.
  • Organize and keep walk-in refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas clean and orderly.
  • Follow all food safety and temperature standards diligently.
