Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in the United States seeks a dedicated Food Service team member to prepare hot and cold menu items across the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line.

You will ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving according to the menu cycle and standardized recipes, taste for quality, and support weekend shifts in a caring senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
