Resolute Road Hospitality's Boise Hilton Garden Inn Boise is hiring a Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare meals with precision, follow recipes, and contribute to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, maintain food safety practices, manage station inventories, and help uphold our standards of quality and service. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens, grills, mixers, slicers, steam kettles.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Cook menu items in coordination with kitchen staff.
• Ensure food is prepared and served with high quality and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Properly date, store, and rotate food items.
• Maintain temperature logs and comply with food safety standards.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly; adhere to safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
