The Marcus Corporation’s Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and cook food to recipe standards, ensuring quality and timely execution in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. Qualifikationen

• Previous cooking experience required; culinary or apprenticeship program preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in extreme temperatures and under pressure.
• Proficiency in sauté, line, and broiler stations; ability to read orders from a POS system.
• Ability to cut, dice, julienne, and prepare fresh produce with proper techniques.
• Familiarity with seafood stocks, grilling, sautéing, deep frying, and cold food prep.
• Ability to obtain necessary sanitation, liquor service, or food service certifications.
• Knowledge of proper cooking procedures, knife handling, and use of kitchen tools.
• Ability to read orders for the point of sales system and understand English.
