Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare meals for our residents, with weekend shifts from 6:30am to 2:30pm. The role emphasizes quality, sanitation and resident satisfaction, with opportunities for career advancement through training programs and events that showcase your culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and packages recipes using broilers, ovens and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
• Ensures all prep work is completed.
• Understands and complies consistently with our standard recipes, quality standards and kitchen rules.
• Ensures quality of food at all times.
• Keeps area clean and maintains sanitation.
• Cleans all equipment according to cleaning procedures and cleaning schedules.
• Documents and completes food and temperature records.
• Use of Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders from residents, as needed.

Pay starts at $19.50/hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience.
