Job Description

The Line Cook works with a team to provide excellent, delicious, and consistently prepared food in a fast-paced environment. The role involves proficiently cooking recipes at each of five stations and prepping all ingredients. Food safety and ServSafe procedures are of utmost importance, and familiarity with these regulations is required. The team member maintains a positive attitude during busy shifts and assists fellow cooks and the Kitchen Manager. Key traits include great service, attitude, and teamwork.

Job Activities

• Set up and stock stations with supplies
• Prepare food for service
• Cook menu items collaboratively
• Clean stations and kitchen
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure high-quality, timely food output
• Follow sanitation and safety standards
• Maintain professionalism with coworkers and customers
• Complete temperature logs and checklists
• Participate in all kitchen roles, including dishwashing when needed

Requirements

• Proven cooking experience, including as a line cook or prep cook
