As a Cook, you will be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift. You will also be preparing food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs. Your role is to provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience through your passion and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently and accurately, taking pride in each dish
• Work in various kitchen stations including Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, and Make Up, along with Kitchen Prep
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean
• Work as part of a team to meet food preparation and delivery standards
• Follow safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards during shifts
• Use proper safety equipment, tools, and recipes as directed by management
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed, practicing food safety and sanitation

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs; work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to stand, walk, or bend for long periods
• Good vision, including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral vision, with the ability to adjust focus
