Job summary

Acadia Healthcare in Allenwood, PA is seeking a Food Service Cook to implement menus, coordinate food preparation, and serve meals for clients in recovery.

You will supervise kitchen staff, work with a dietitian to ensure nutritionally balanced, appetizing meals, and maintain cleanliness and inventory control.

Required are a high school diploma (or equivalent), ServSafe certification, and preferred culinary training with 2+ years in institutional food service.

• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, quality standards, cost parameters, and appropriate regulatory requirements.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

• ServSafe Certification or similar food safety certification, where required by the state, facility.
