Responsibilities

• Partner with the head of sales to support business development, acquisition, and operations.


• Manage internal processes for expanding from 5 to 40 advisors, including culture development, recruiting, operations, and financial oversight.


• Build, develop, and execute operational details from top to bottom, driving growth to complement business development skills.


• Collaborate with the board of directors to support requisite skills and ensure advisors comply with policy and fiduciary duties.


• Lead advisors, ensuring compliance with policy and fiduciary responsibilities, navigating challenging conversations.
