Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of executive management experience.
• Experience in global technology, operations, risk, governance, transformation or business management.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across a global matrix.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm for the CIO office and lead executive governance forums.
• Act as central coordination point across the leadership team for priorities, risks and decisions.
• Provide strategic decision support to the CIO and synthesize complex information into executive recommendations.
• Lead preparation for senior leadership engagements, Board and regulatory interactions.
• Oversee governance and administrative effectiveness of the CIO office.
• Define and evolve the target operating model for Technology Risk, Governance, Transformation and Client functions.
• Lead global workforce strategies, succession planning and leadership development.
• Oversee budgeting, resource governance and capacity alignment across the organization.
