• Identify bottlenecks and dependencies from idea to production.
• Expand capabilities across equities, futures, bonds, options, ETFs, FX, etc.
• Develop scalable processes and automate where possible, leveraging AI.
• Hold teams accountable while removing organizational obstacles.
