Job summary

Sarnova is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence, manufacturing readiness, and scalable execution across its end-to-end operating model. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead Purchasing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing Management to deliver sustainable growth and margin expansion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare/medical device leadership with ops, engineering, and supply chain duties.
• Proven track record leading multi-site operations and scale.
• Experience with regulatory requirements, quality systems, and design controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic operations and manufacturing strategies.
• Lead Purchasing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Warehousing, and Manufacturing with accountability.
• Oversee product lifecycle from development to manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, IT, Quality, Regulatory, HR, Legal.
• Drive KPIs on quality, delivery, inventory, safety, and profitability.
