Responsibilities

• Participate in the general management of the hospital to acquire the necessary skills to advance into a CEO position
• Engage in curriculum-based and direct, hands-on learning experiences
• Manage a varied initial scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
• Build community partnerships with providers and behavioral health programming
• Focus on key areas such as clinical management, nursing, regulatory functions, finance, and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree required; Master\'s degree preferred
• Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager within a behavioral health treatment environment
• Working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management
• Must be willing and open to relocation

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong "for profit" experience preferred
• Previous experience in an inpatient acute behavioral health setting
