Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership of day-to-day operations across business units, service lines, and geographic markets.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans, priorities, and measurable objectives.
• Establish clear operational expectations, standards, and accountability throughout the organization.
• Ensure consistent execution of company strategy while adapting to market and client needs.
• Evaluate organizational structure, resources, and capabilities to support sustained growth.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to develop and execute short- and long-term strategies.
• Maintain financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, P&L and cash flow considerations.
