Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction operations, project management, or senior leadership.
• Concrete construction experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, equipment, and project resources.
• Strong understanding of construction lifecycles, bidding, estimating, and execution.
• Experience implementing systems and operational controls.
• Ability to monitor budgets, job costs, timelines, and metrics.
