• Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with cross‑functional departments.

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive nursing leadership in a hospital setting, ideally as Director of Nursing.
• Experience managing staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation in a rural community hospital.
• Strong clinical nursing knowledge and background in rural health services.
