Job summary

Connex Bluetech Limited is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to partner with the CEO in driving growth and operational excellence across the business. The role requires building robust processes, leading high-performing teams and scaling B2B operations.

The COO will translate strategy into execution, optimise performance, manage budgets and report to the CEO or Board where applicable. This is a strategic leadership position with global scope and strong emphasis on governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior operational leadership or executive management role.
• Proven experience building operational processes and business infrastructure from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success leading and growing B2B organisations.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills.
• Experience reporting directly to a CEO or Board is highly desirable.
