Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a General Warehouse Worker for a leading distribution and warehousing organization in Maquoketa, IA. You will support conveyor operations, product vetting, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

No experience is required; training is provided. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with strong organizational skills and attention to safety.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of walking, standing, lifting, and moderate climbing.
• Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the conveyor, addressing issues promptly.
• Ensure work areas are stocked for the next shift to minimize downtime.
• Pick products for totes for shipping with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment; perform housekeeping.
• Remove damaged merchandise and break down master cases per procedures.
• Break down master cases in FDS pack and load cardboard on time.
• Flip cases so barcode faces outward for scanning.
• Follow safety procedures to maximize personal and team safety per OSHA.
• All other duties as assigned.
