Job summary

ServiceMax Janitorial is seeking a Maintenance Tech to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues within conveyor systems. You will evaluate processes, develop drawings, and collaborate with engineers and clients to meet specifications.

The role requires 40–50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, in-person at a warehouse setting. A Driver's License is required and travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in conveyor/material handling preferred.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment, controls software and maintenance.
• Familiar with applicable codes, safety standards and project documentation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues in conveyors.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and codes.
• Evaluate processes and propose technology and control system improvements.
• Develop general arrangement drawings and input for cost estimates.
• Support Estimator in cost and timeline planning.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and staff to satisfy requirements.
• Draft technical documentation and project plans as needed.
• Assist installation, testing, and debugging phases when required.
• Manage project risk and maintain system integrity.
• Maintain strong leadership and drive for continuous improvement.
