Conveyor Systems Technician - Southeast

Location: Southeast Region (OK, AR, TX, TN, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC)

We’re seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide top-tier support to our customers’ distribution centers and production facilities. You’ll travel extensively (up to 95%) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of electromechanical systems, including conveyors, robotic applications, sortation systems, palletizers, and PLC controls.

  • Install, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems and PLC-based equipment (Allen Bradley, Modicon, etc.)

  • Provide on-site customer support, including emergency service calls, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.

  • Use your expertise to program, modify, and debug PLC code and robotic applications.

  • Train and mentor field service technicians on equipment and controls.

  • Develop and submit detailed service reports, including program updates and drawings.

  • Work independently and with teams to complete projects efficiently and on time.

  • Other duties as assigned per business needs.

You Must Have
  • 2+ years of electro-mechanical field service experience.

  • Conveyor systems maintenance experience.

  • Valid Driver's license.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Technical degree and/or certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, electronics or similar.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.

  • High voltage electrical experience.

  • Basic computer skills and understanding of IT networks.
