Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking an assembler in Indiana to join a fast-paced production team. The role focuses on assembling components, including conveyor rollers, according to engineering and quality standards.

You will collaborate with multiple assembly stations, support basic machine operations, and ensure a clean, safe work environment while meeting production goals. Prior warehouse/assembly experience and good communication are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of warehouse or assembly work experience.
• Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day production assembly tasks, such as building conveyor rollers.
• Work cross-functionally with other assembly stations.
• Assist with basic machine operating functions.
• Stock and move material throughout the department.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
