Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Support Lead Installer to assist with the installation, testing, and maintenance of conveyor control systems in the Texas area. The role emphasizes safety, site organization, and teamwork on active projects.

Candidates should bring basic electrical experience, tool proficiency, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 75% and long shifts may be required during go-lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic electrical experience.
• Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and volt meters.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel 50–75% as needed.
• May require shifts >12 hours and weeks >60 hours during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support lead installers with installation, testing, and maintenance of conveyor control systems.
• Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for safe, efficient installs.
• Assist with inspections and troubleshooting while following safety standards and guidelines.
• Document work completed and system updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work hands-on in the field and learn from experienced leaders.
