Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in conveyor installation, mechanical assembly, or construction preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (up to 100%).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long shifts, including nights or weekends.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
