The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in conveyor maintenance and must be comfortable working in heavy industrial environments. The role includes mentoring junior technicians and performing quality inspections. Preference is given to Calista shareholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in conveyor belting or related industrial maintenance.
• Ability to meet requirements for industrial or mining sites.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard conveyor belt splicing, repairs, and installations.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on belting.
• Mentor Level I Technicians in safe work practices.

Skills

Proficient use of hand and power tools

Knowledge of belt fabrics and splice designs

Communication skills to coach technicians
