Job summary

All Systems Electrical is seeking a Distribution Center Automation Reliability Lead to supervise a conveyor-focused preventive maintenance team. You will schedule daily work, guide a field crew, and ensure projects close out to standard.

Expect hands-on PM tasks, use of PLCs and VFDs, and a strong emphasis on safety and documentation on customer sites. You’ll lead weekly safety meetings, coordinate with the Service Manager, and travel as required to facilities across AZ.

Qualifications

• Hands-on conveyor systems maintenance experience.
• Commitment to OSHA safety policies.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team performing conveyor PMs: greasing, cleaning, and repairs.
• Perform mechanical tasks: align chains, tighten set screws, inspect gearboxes.
• Use electrical test equipment to test panel components.
• Dispatch, maintain, and repair equipment per service instructions.
• Train technicians in ASE policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and complete documentation (time cards, work orders).
