International Paper is hiring for a Converting Stacker on the 3rd shift (11pm-7am, Mon-Fri) at Beltline/Carrollton, TX. The role involves counting and stacking finished product, reading orders, measuring gauges, and basic math to ensure quality and documentation accuracy.

A $0.30 shift differential applies for this 3rd shift, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days and another $500 after six months. Candidates should have 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred, a HS diploma or GED, and be

Qualifications

• 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Consent to background check and pre-employment physical / drug screen.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Counting and stacking finished product.
• Reading factory orders and gauges.
• Perform basic math and complete quality/administrative documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine area.
• Assist Machine Operator and support production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
