Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret customer specifications from work orders.
• Performs physical QA tests on bags, pouches and tubes.
• Documents test results and monitors data for trends.
• Identify risk areas with operators and managers.
• Ensure customer quality standards are understood across teams.
• Oversee non-conforming material containment and dispositioning.
• Gather and ship customer samples as required.
