MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF GENERAL LABOR OR MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking a hardworking machine operator to fill an open position for a vinyl manufacturing company in Placentia, CA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 PM- 6:30 AM. The company operates 7 days a week. Scheduled days can shift to Saturday or Sunday.

Requirements for the Machine Operator

  • Minimum 6 months of general labor or compounding experience
  • Must have a GED or a High School Diploma
  • Must have steel-toe boots
  • Must pass Background, Drug Screen, and E-Verify
  • Must speak English or be Bilingual

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
  • Carefully and efficiently pack finished vinyl products according to established quality standards and packaging specifications.
  • Operate and maintain packaging equipment, such as sealing machines, taping machines, and labeling equipment, ensuring they function correctly and safely.
  • Inspect finished goods for any defects or inconsistencies before packing, ensuring only high-quality products are shipped.
  • Collaborate with other production team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Stack and arrange packed containers on pallets in a safe and organized manner, following established palletizing patterns.
