Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate converting lines and support high‑quality product.
• Review order specifications to ensure materials meet customer specs.
• Inspect finished goods and take corrective action on sub‑standard products.
• Remove and package finished rolls from machines.
• Monitor equipment and perform routine troubleshooting.
• Complete daily production paperwork and address stoppages.
• Under supervisor direction, train team members on procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the Converting Department.
