Position: Converting Machine Operator

Shift:

2nd (Mon – Fri; 3pm – 11pm) - Shift Premium Available!!

3rd (Sun – Thurs; 11pm – 7am) - Shift Premium Available!!

As a Machine Operator you are eligible for a Production BONUS, and Quarterly Attendance BONUS!

We are hiring for a reliable Machine Operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment! The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting a converting machine. The ideal candidate should have some mechanical aptitude, the willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team environment.

What You Need to Have?

1. High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to read a ruler required.
4. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
5. Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to constantly walk and stand for 8 hours.
7. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.

How you contribute as a team member:

1. Continuously work as a hands-on operator.
2. Assist with equipment set-up, adjustment, and operation.
3. Assist with changeovers.
4. Process finished product.
5. Test quality of product.
6. Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical malfunctions.
